I started playing volleyball in the sixth grade and fell in love with the sport. I am about to start my Sophomore year and it seems that my education and love for this sport have become the center of my life. Volleyball has shaped me as a person. It has pushed me to be a determined, competitive player, but to also know how to forgive and forget. Being in the top 10 teams in the CHRVA Region for the past two years, top five this past club season, has really helped me notice that it isn't easy to maintain such rankings, and lead me to work harder as a setter, opposite hitter/blocker, and team captain. I am hoping to find a college that I am interested in for academics and athletics.
