Andie Sheppard '20 Recruiting Profile

I aspire to play at the highest level of volleyball possible. I am young for my grade with a May birthday.  I am a multi-sport athlete and competed at the Varsity level in volleyball., basketball, and track as a Freshman.  I enjoy every position on the volleyball court and played all the way around during my freshman and sophomore varsity season as well as the club season following my freshman year.  I have played outside and right side hitter, setter, and back row.  My current primary role on my high school team is setter/right side. I am able to perform wherever I am asked and will work hard to fill the role that I am given.  I desire to be challenged, pushed, and coached.  I want to get better in everything I do. I bring a strong work ethic to the court and I understand how to play through the pain that comes with sports.  I stay calm on the court and keep a level head when the game gets intense. I understand the meaning of team and will work to make those around me successful in their roles.  I currently have a 4.0 and strive to do my best academically as well as athletically.
