Hi! My name is Jordan and I am currently a 15-year-old Setter. I have many dreams in life, but my top goal is to play volleyball in college. I don't really know what division I would prefer, but all I want to do is to play the game that I love. I also want to become a lawyer and potentially go into a career with the FBI. Something that makes me a good candidate for your team is that I am a motivator. There is not one second where I am on the court, and I am not talking, I'm always cheering someone on before a serve or telling my hitters to transition back to get ready for their approach if I set them. Now, even though I do talk on the court, I hold an enormous regard in respect for my coaches and I never talk while they are. This quality then brings me to my character. Something that makes me unique character wise is that I am very supportive of everyone. On my freshmen team for volleyball we had some rough patches, as my coach would say, we went on an emotional rollercoaster. No matter what happened that year whether it was something where we all knew what to say, or it is something where we did not know what to say or do, I always had the persons back. Also, something that makes me different from other recruits academic wise is I go to an all-girls high school! I do have to say, being on a sports team in an all-girls school is a lot different from being on a sports team at a co-educational institution. This reason is that, in my opinion, you can become closer to your team at an all-girls high school because there is not that feeling of competition to be better than the boy's team. Also, something that makes me different athletics wise is that I have played many different sports all entailing different things. I have played four various sports in my life, and all together they only have one requirement in common, which is to be a good yeamate.
Well now you know a bit about me, and I can tell you for sure that my story is nowhere close to being over just yet!
