Personal Statement
I first started swimming on my summer league team when I was five years old and from there I developed a love for swimming. I am very competitive and determined and decided I wanted to continue swimming at the next level. I joined the YMCA Northwest Carolina Riptyde (TYDE) year round club team which I have been swimming with for the last 10 years. I have always aspired to swim in college at the Division 1 and 2 level and know that I have the drive and determination to swim at that level. I currently swim on the National Team and my goal is to qualify and swim at Junior Nationals.
