Academically, I am an A/B student in my sophomore year of high school. I have received the scholar athlete award this past spring for my grades and overall performance on the varsity softball team as a freshman. I put a lot of time and effort into being the best catcher possible for my team. I have spent a lot of time in the gym weightlifting, working on drills and working with team members in the off season. I don't like to lose and push myself and my teammates to work harder to become better. I am looking to attend college to play ball and to obtain a degree in agriculture or science. I have lived on a farm my entire life and have farming in my blood. I believe farming and 4-H have greatly improved my work ethic, responsibility, integrity, and being a teammate/coworker.
