Mia Signore '20 Recruiting Profile

I have been playing competitive basketball since I was in 4th grade and I am interested in continuing my basketball career at the college level. It has always been my dream to play high school varsity basketball and making varsity as a freshman was a dream come true. Not only do I work hard on the court, but I also put my best efforts in the classroom as well. I have maintained a 3.4 GPA throughout my freshman year of high school. I know excelling in the classroom, will set me up for success in the future.

My strength on the offensive end in my quickness. I believe I do a great job getting by my defender and getting to the basket. With my trainer, Jenna Kotas, I continue to work on my strength and quickness, but also the consistency of my shot. Jenna has focused on my pull up jumps shots and the consistency of my 3 point shooting. On the defensive end, I have a great on/off the ball awareness, which helps me stop the other team's offense and get in the passing lanes to get steals.

I am open to all opportunities that come my way. I want to make my dream of playing college basketball a reality.
