Hello Coaches, my name is Carlos Alejandro Vallejo ,and I am a student athlete at Chisholm High School. I've been running since my 5th grade year. I am very passionate about the sport and I hope to be able to do it for many years to come. My goal is to compete at the highest level possible whether it be a little junior college meet or at an NCAA Championship meet.
I believe I could be a very valuable addition to any team because although I love to compete individually, I'm also a great team player. I think teammates are the most important thing in track and cross country to me because it is a team sport. I love to have teammates that push me and make me want to be the very best version of myself whether that's on or off the track.
Even though running is extremely important to me, my grades and academics come first. I'm always respectful and focused in the classroom because I'm always ready to learn something new. I'm very studious and dedicated. I believe persistence is a huge part of my personality. I use is every where in life because the more bad experiences you have the more you will learn and grow from them. Thank you to all of the coaches who are taking the time to view and consider my profile.
