Ever since I began swimming I have always aspired to reach the highest levels of the sport I love, including qualifying for the 2020/2024 US Olympic Trials and the NCAA Championships. I believe that I am a good candidate for any collegiate team because I am incredibly driven, ambitious, goal oriented, and am dedicated to working hard toward achieving my goals. I think I would be a good fit for any college program because I am able to integrate academics, athletics, and other activities into my every day life, and I believe that is what being a student-athlete is all about. The other major reason why I would be a great student-athlete is because I am very team oriented. Be it in a group project, or in a National Relay final, I always perform my best when doing it with others. I believe I am successful in an academic environment due to my passion and work ethic toward achievement and pursuing my career goals in the medical field. Athletically, I always push myself to work harder than everyone else in the pool and in the gym and that hard work pays dividends at the end of the season. I try to compete harder than everybody else no matter the situation, be it in the classroom, in practice, in a dual meet, or racing for a national championship.
