2017 Highlights Personal Statement
Hockey has been a part of my life since I was 5 years old. Whether practicing on the back yard rink in the winter or playing roller hockey in the summer, I have a passion for this sport. I have been lucky to make some really good friends through hockey and many of us have played on the same travel team for years. I believe in loyalty to my team and my coaches.
I also have a passion for learning and for excelling in my classes. My love of learning is strongly supported by my family. I am at or near the top of my class.
I am hoping to play college hockey at a University with high academic standards so I can continue to pursue both of these passions. I am leaning toward an engineering or an architectural field of study.
