Personal Statement

I would love to play field hockey for a school that has nationally recognized academic programs, as well as a top field hockey program with a coaching staff that can really teach me how to play, and take my game to the next level. I have always been a good student and am lucky enough to go to a very academically demanding school with a great reputation in southeastern NC. I was introduced to this sport in 7th grade and we are the only school with a FH program in our city. I fell in love with the sport so much, that I travel 3.5 hours each way on Sundays to play with my club team! My dream is to be a contributor on a championship team in college where I can learn and make a positive impact on a consistent basis. The sky is the limit!
