Jagger Bruck '13 Recruiting Profile

Hi my name is Jagger Bruck. I am a 6', 185 pound, 18 year old senior attending Saint Ignatius High School in Cleveland, Ohio.  I mainly play 3B, SS, P, and C, but I've also been put at 1B, 2B, and anywhere in the outfield.  I'm a utility player;  I've played everywhere and have excelled anywhere I have been placed.  Throughout my high school career I have maintained a .500 batting average or above, including batting .674 going into my junior year.  I've been voted MVP of my teams throughout my summer baseball career, as well as team captain. What makes me different than everyone else is my level of tenacity for hard work and dedication to the game. You'll always find me going the extra mile for the team whether it be scheduling extra practices or putting in extra time to perfect my game on behalf of my teammates.  In the off season I'm taking extra cuts in the cage, as well as improving my strength in the weight room and working on my foot speed to improve my agility/speed. I feel my level of dedication is not only reflective in my game but it also shows in my schoolwork where I'm part of the National Honors Society and maintain a 4.0 gpa. I challenge myself by taking all the possible honors and AP classes available.  I believe I will be an asset to any team, and wherever I'm provided this opportunity, I would grow and become a better player as well as a better teammate.
