Nicholas Boggs '14 Recruiting Profile

My name is Nick Boggs and I am currently 5'7" 145lbs. I started wrestling at 4 years old, and it has been a huge part of my life ever since. As a Freshman I wrestled varsity at 103lbs. I was a district qualifier and I had a pretty good year for a Freshman taking second in my conference, and at sectionals, and finished my season 30-10. As a Sophmore I took first in my conference and at sectionals but fell short of qualifing for the state tournament. As a Junior I had a pretty good year finishing 46-7 and placing 5th at states. For the past three years I have worked just as hard in the off season as I did in season. I wrestling freestyle and greco in open tournaments and wrestling for Team Ohio at Fargo Nationals. I also wrestled in Disney National Duals with a area club team. Wrestling has been such a huge part of my life and I want to keep it in my life for as long as I can. I achieved All-American at the 2013 Disney national duals this summer.
