Kelsey Marchant '15 Recruiting Profile

My name is Kelsey Marchant and I am a Junior at Powell High School in Powell Wyoming. I've been around volleyball my whole life by joining youth camps and just playing with my family. I started competitions in seventh grade and have continued to grow and learn since then. As a freshman, I started varsity as the libero during our school season and club season. Sophomore and Junior year, I play as a defensive specialist and am planning to do so my senior year as well. I take every opportunity i can to play. I have had personal training with our local college coach and play in local tournaments and intramural teams in the area. I try to apply myself as much as possible.

As of now, volleyball is my life. I eat, sleep, and dream volleyball. I am willing to do anything and everything necessary to lengthen my volleyball career and improve my skills. Getting recruited to a competitive college volleyball team is my biggest goal for the future right now. I am extremely dedicated to my sports. Any opportunity I get to play, I will. I am very dependable and coachable. I am a definite team player and use my communication skills to help lead the team in the right direction. I am  quick on the court and read the ball well.  I will do everything to be one of the hardest working recruits out there.
