Allison Shuey '16 Recruiting Profile

Hello, my name is Allison Shuey. I am currently 17 years old and attend Northern Lebanon Senior High School. For my first three years of high school I went to New Covenant Christian School. I was very involved with NCCS. I was the Class of 2016 treasurer. I also played sports for my school. I started playing Varsity Volleyball in 9th grade and have been playing every year since. I played middle in my first three high school seasons and also two club seasons. Currently I am playing setter for my Club team, Twelv2. I played Varsity Basketball in 10th grade. I also play on the spring soccer team with the boys soccer team. I have been playing soccer since I was 7 and have been on NCCS's team since middle school. I am also very involved at home. I was born and raised on my family's dairy farm in Lebanon, Pa. I enjoy working with my animals and also showing them competitively at Schuylkill County Fair, the PA State Show, and the National Jr. Show. I attend Mt.Zion Rd. Church of the Brethren Sundays and am also the treasurer for the youth group. I teach Jr. Church to grades 2-5 during the church service once a month. I enjoy many other activities like writing, drawing, babysitting, and also hanging out with my youth group friends. I enjoy playing doubles over the summer in a league held at Summit International School of Ministry. I also like to play volleyball with my dad and brother on a power team over the winter months.I try to stay active and try new things. I can't wait to start college and see what God has planned for me.
