Personal Statement
I am a 5'11" outside hitter from Elizabeth, NJ and will graduate in the class of 2012. I have six years of school volleyball experience. I have also played and continue to play club volleyball. I am Captain of my high school volleyball team. I made All-Division Team, All-Conference Team, All-Area Team and All-County Team this year. I received the Best Offensive Player Award. I started each game this season and had 191 kills for the season breaking a school record.
I am looking for a college where I can find the right balance between the classroom and volleyball. I am interested in Journalism and Communications, English, and Advertising. I have good grades and have scored very well on the ACT.
