Ellen Oppenheim '13 Recruiting Profile

I'm a Junior from St. Joseph, Michigan, attending St. Joseph High School. I have played one year of Junior Varsity, two years of Varisty and five years on elite teams at Dunes Volleyball Club in Rolling Prairie, Indiana. I currently play for 17 Elite.  I'm 6'  and touch 9'8'' on my approach.  I'm considering a major in journalism or business. I know I want the right balance of athletics and academics in college and I'm looking for a school that can help me acheive that.  I feel that I offer strong leadership and true commitment to my current teams and teams I would be a part of in the future.  I'm looking for a program where I can be an active player.  It's my passion and I care deeply about playing at the college level.  The video on this web page shows highlights of my play as a sophomore.  I will soon have a video of my junior year play.
