Taylor Ducros '16 Recruiting Profile

I'm a senior in high school and I've been playing volleyball for 11 years. I played with Cajunland Volleyball Booster Club, NOLA Volleyball and Louise S. McGehee High School. I have made an impact on all the teams I played on whether it was getting kills or getting amazing digs to help the play stay alive. I'm a team player and leader on the court and when things aren't going our way I don't allow my team to get down I help them get through it, but without them and their support I wouldn't be able to do the great things I do on the court. I am the person my teammates look up to, my attitude controls the tone on the court. I'm just as strong in the classroom as I am on the court. Through hard work and dedication I earn good grades, and with my outgoing personality I'm always able to brighten up the mood in the classroom. Special thanks to my high school and club coaches who have molded me into the great player I am today, without my high school coach and club coaches I don't know where I would be in the volleyball world. I love the sport and I wouldn't give it up for anything. All of my hard work  ended up paying off and in my senior year, my team and I won the Division V State Championship, I was selected to be on the All-Star Team, and I was selected to be on the All-state team. This will be my 3rd year being on the All-State team.
