Hi my name is Taegan, I am a junior at Center Point-Urbana High School. I take pride in that all my coaches I have played for have said that I am a born leader. I always work above and beyond to accomplish the goals set. This attitude helped me achieve dressing varsity as a sophomore and starting as a junior. I helped my school team make it to the state volleyball tournament for the first time since 1998. My team awarded me "most spirited" on and off the court. I have not yet made a decision on what I plan to study academically. I will commit to putting 110% effort into my studies when attending college, just like volleyball. Volleyball has impacted my life in many ways; most importantly, it has made me realize the value of team work and how a positive attitude can impact who wins more than skill. Volleyball is not just a pastime its an all the time.
