Crystal Dedes '11 Recruiting Profile

Hi, my name is Crystal Dedes. I am 6ft 2in and I have been playing volleyball for 8 years. For high school, I play as a MB and for club I play as an OH. My goal is to play as an OH in college. Last summer I went to California to train with Misty May-Treanor and get a better out look on what I have to look forward to when I go to college. Whenever I get the chance, I play or study volleyball. I am a very hard worker and I would love to play college ball. I was a captain my senior year for high school and lead my team all the way to the regional finals. I would like to go to a school that is big to medium in size. If possible, I would like to have financial aid to help out with expenses. I am leaning towards pre-med because my goal is to become a doctor when I grow up. I love the feeling of helping people. I am looking for a college with a good education and a good volleyball program. I would like to play for at least 3-4 years of college. It would not bother me if I was red shirted my frehmen year.
