My name is Kristine “Kristmas” Fimlaid. I love playing volleyball and bring positive energy and enthusiasm to all practices and games. I was a starter on San Marcos High School (Santa Barbara, CA) Division 1 Varsity volleyball team as a freshman and a sophomore. I have played on travel teams with Santa Barbara Volleyball Club in the gold division for the past 3 years. I played up on the SBVC 18s team in 2016 at the Big South Tournament in Atlanta and I also joined the 18s team this season at the Las Vegas Classic. I played on San Marcos High School's Varsity basketball team this year. I am on our high school beach volleyball team. One of my high school coaches nicknamed me “Kristmas” and the name stuck. I bring joy and positive energy to our teams because I truly love the game of volleyball. I am focused and determined to bring home the win and I never give up. I have a 4.0 GPA. I have always worked hard in the classroom and on the court. I hope to become a teacher and a coach when I graduate from college.
