Justene Navarro '17 Recruiting Profile

My name is Justene Navarro and I am a senior attending Garey High School, coached by Christian Padilla. I'm 17 playing setter/opposite. I play in a club called Chino Volleyballerz. I am a motivated player, I prefer to take the leadership role, I plan on going to school and having to play the sport I love the most while studying for computer science or kinesiology. Some aspirations are to graduate with Honors or higher, continue to be a role model to young ones and my biggest dream is to play volleyball. I tend to be an outspoken player, friendly, brave, hard-working and outgoing when it comes to getting together with coaches, teammates or just whoever in particular that I am around. In my academics, I work at my hardest to accomplish what I have ahead of me and to give it my all. I play softball as well, in the position of an outfielder as center, but my heart is most desired with volleyball, I've been playing ever since middle school and I want to continue as long as I can. I also been captain for 3 years, first year on JV and twice on varsity.
