You can easily see why my height and my grades can make me a good candidate for your team, but what you don't know are the things you can't see in a stat or transcript.  What my teammates will tell you is that I am competitive and mentally tough.  Being behind in a game doesn't get in my head, it just makes me work harder. I push myself and my teammates to give more and give it together. 

I started later than most in playing volleyball (9th grade) and have come a long way, but I'm no where near where I will be with continued work and the right coaches and team. I'm willing to do what it takes to continue playing this game I love! I work hard and expect a lot from myself, not only on the court, but academically as well. I don't settle for 'just getting by' with anything I do. Give me a chance! I won't disappoint!
