I am a 5' 10" high jumper and hurdler, from Lower Cape May Regional high school, in Cape May, New Jersey. During my freshman and sophomore years I was involved in winter track, and spring track, where I received varsity letters for both sports. In my freshman year of spring track I had won the Cape May County track meet in the high jump at a height of 5' (Tying our school record) I had also qualified for the CAL track meet in high jump, 800M, and the 4X400M. I also made it to the sate championships that year.
During winter track in my sophomore year I went to sectionals for South Jersey group 2 and won my event for high jump with a jump of 5', I then went to states and finished within the top ten. When the first meet of spring track came I high jumped a personal best (and school record) of 5' 3". During the Cape May County track meet I had won the high jump, and the 400M. Also that year I had won sectional in high jump, with a jump of 5' 4", I had also got third place in the 800M, with a run of 2:22.7 minutes (beating my schools record that I previously held with 2:24 minutes), fourth place in the 400IH, with a run of 1:05.3 minutes (a new school record, previously held by my time of 1:07 minutes), and fifth place in the 400M, with a time of 59.5 seconds (a new school record, previously held by my time of 1:00.3). At states I finished second place at a jump of 5'4" ( jumping the same height as first place), and I also finished 8th overall in the 400IH.
In indoor track and field I won the 2015 sectionals for South Jersey group 2 high jump, with a height of 5' 2".
