My goals for my 2013 senior track season are increasing my personal bests, breaking the school record, and making it down to state for my sixth year in a row and getting a medal down at the Illinois state meet. My dream is to attend a four year university and continue my track career at the college level. My career major is still undecided so I hope that the courses I am taking this year will give me difinite insite on what field of study I would like to pursue after high school. An academic goal of mine is to improve my grade point average and class rank my senior year. I am extremely excited for this years track season and can't wait to learn all that I can and to better myself. I have been a multisport athlete up until this year. I realized my heart was in track and field and that this is what sport I wanted to persue after high school. I also realized that to do the best I can I would have to focus all my time and energy on track to be able to get myself where I want to be next year.
