I discovered soccer when I started to play at six years old and I have loved the sport ever since. I have learned how to work as a member of a team and how to communicate well with others, both on and off the field. My hope is that I can continue to play and train to be a better player at the collegiate level.
I am a very hardworking and coachable player. I have a strong work ethic and commitment to my team. Even when I am injured, I continue to make the effort to show up and cheer for my teammates. My hard work ethic and dedication to the game and more importantly, my team, is what makes me such a great candidate at the collegiate level.
In addition to the sport, I also strive to achieve while in the classroom. I continue to study hard and maintain a high GPA while playing two Varsity sports as well as year round club teams. I am a member of the National Honor Society and I also participate in my high school’s Key Club. I also referee for the local Baldwinsville Youth Soccer Association (BYSA) during their spring and fall sessions.
I want to attend a college where I get to push myself both in the classroom and on the field. I am open to any and all options and ultimately, I will find the right college match at the highest level of competition possible. Above all else, I hope to continue to be a great role model to those in need and to making my parents proud.
