Haley Thompson Jr...Personal Statement
A brief snapshot of me, Haley Thompson.
I was named Female Athlete of the Year 2012-2013 at The Village High School (Houston, TX), Offense Player of the Year 2013 and All District 2012 . I am a dynamic, disciplined, driven and focused player who possesses speed and agility and have the ability to see the big picture. My abilities as an athlete have allowed me to be successful and win top awards in other sports beyond Lacrosse. My grade point average is 3.4/4.0, which include International Baccalaureate (IB) courses. I received the Academic Commitment Award-English 2012-2013 at VHS. I have a pleasing personality. I enjoy community service work, socializing and spending time with family and friends during my down time. My goal is to play Lacrosse at the collegiate level, obtain an athletic and/or a scholastic scholarship, ultimately furthering my education to study medicine. I am looking forward to my ventures in Higher Education after High School.
