Jennifer Grossmann '16 Recruiting Profile

 I have had a passion for lacrosse ever since I began playing it in the sixth grade.  I go to the Miami Valley School in Dayton, Ohio.  The excitement and joy it brings me every time I pick up a lacrosse stick is unmatched by any other sport I have ever played.  I started on my school's varsity team as a Freshman, and plan to again as a Sophomore.  I am 5'6" and weigh 125 pounds.  During my Freshman season, our team had its best record it had had since it was started at my school.  I am always setting goals for myself, whether it be to master a new move or to increase my endurance.  Ever since I was little, I have wanted to play a sport in college, and I am so happy that I found lacrosse to carry out my dream.  I am excited to play at a higher level and to push myself to even higher standards, in school and on the field.  I strive to be the first one on and off the field, to be a leader, and to always have a smile on my face.  As I get older I hope to be a captain of our team, and be the leader that I know I can be.
