Spencer-Anne Kurtzahn '12 Recruiting Profile

Hi, my name is Spencer-Anne Kurtzahn. I am currently a Junior and I attend Assumption High School in Louisville, Kentucky. I currently have a 4.0 GPA and I am taking all Honors and Honors1 courses. I have been playing Lacrosse for 3 years and it has become my passion. I have played attack for 2 years and switched to defense and found out that I loved it. I tried out for Louisville Elite in the spring of 2009 and made the team. This is a elite travel team which is put together by the University of Louisville. Matt Lawicki is the coach and he is teaching us to play lacrosse the "college way". I am 5'8" and weigh 150 lbs. I am left-handed and can play both defense and attack. I can offer any team I play on my complete dedication and will give 110% both on and off the field. My goal is to play college Lacrosse. I am open to any location and to any type of school. I am really interested in a Pre Med or Nursing major. I would like to play at the highest competitive level that I am able to and I would work hard to make a positive impact on a team.
