Clarissa Stanton '15 Recruiting Profile

This year I am a junior at Fruita Monument High School, last year i was a runner up for being all conference in my division. i came close but another one of my team mates with superior skills got that opportunity. I decided to make it my goal to be all conference this year. It's a bold statement but i know that with my dedication and initiative i can achieve my goal. Academics wise this year has been tough, i have challenged my self in chemistry and sociology and my goal for the end of this year is to have a 3.8 or higher GPA. Not only do i want to attain this GPA but it is also a requirement for NHS, so constantly throughout the school year I must maintain a 3.8 or higher. I love to work for my community, I volunteer regularly at Community Health West, whenever I am not working at the  Fruita Recreation Center as a life guard. This summer i am traveling to New Jersey and to Texas for lacrosse tournaments. It takes a lot of motivation and passion to dedicate your summer to lacrosse practices, traveling and tournaments but it is the passion, dedication and motivation that I have that would make me a perfect candidate for your team.
