I've been playing golf since I was 11 and played my first tournament in 2013. I have played sports since I was 3 years old, which were soccer and basketball. I have also done gymnastics and cross country. I have also played tennis and softball. I'm a great all-around athlete playing a lot of sports with and against boys, which has helped me compete at all levels. Golf is the sport that I wanted to stick with since you can play it forever and improve everyday!
My goal is to go D-I and play, but I would gladly play elsewhere that offered my major. Academic are very important to me since I have always been on the A honor roll and have good grades. I'm looking for a school that values academic as much as there athletics. I want to be able to excel in the classroom as well as on the course.
HIGH SCHOOL SEASONS:
I played number 2 my freshmen year and helped my team go to state for the first time since 2007. My freshman season I got all-conference, all-district, and got 2nd at sectionals leading our team to state. At every tournament I never fell below 3rd place. I'm improving everyday and I can't wait to see where I am by my senior year.
My sophomore year I played our number 1. At every tournament I shot around even par. At one tournament I shot a 70 (-2), breaking our school record for the lowest 18 and 9 hole record. I also got 1st at conference and districts and placed 2nd at sectionals. Our team went to state again, I placed 6th overall.
