Personal Statement

I am a junior with a 3.88 GPA from Northridge High School. I stand 5' 4'' and weigh 120 pounds. I started my golfing career in my 7th grade year, and became serious my freshman year. I started my first 18 holes with a score of 130. I knew I needed to improve. With determination, practice, and some lessons my score now is averaging 88 for 18 holes. I worked hard on my putting this summer and have improved in that area also. My goal before my next season is to be shooting 80. I am looking for a school where I am known by my professors and where I can play my most competitive at.

NCSA COLLEGE RECRUITING®

NCSA College Recruiting® (NCSA) is the nation’s leading collegiate recruiting source for more than 500,000 student-athletes and 42,000 college coaches. By taking advantage of this extensive network, more than 92 percent of NCSA verified athletes play at the college level. The network is available to high school student-athletes around the country through valued relationships with the NFLPA, FBU, NFCA and SPIRE. Each year, NCSA educates over 4 million athletes and their parents about the recruiting process through resources on its website, presentations of the critically-acclaimed seminar College Recruiting Simplified, and with Athletes Wanted, the book written by NCSA founder Chris Krause.
