Nicole Gordus
My goals/personal statement:
I am driven to improve my golfing abilities every year (I have improved my game by ~12 strokes from 2014-2015 and I am continuing to work hard to improve my short game). Golf practice with my team, lessons with my golf professional, tournaments and school work require me to manage my time effectively. An education is important to me to succeed in the future and my school work comes first after I get home from practice. I like fashion and I would like to study Business in college so I can start my own company designing and selling women's golf clothing for young adults and women such as myself who can not find many clothing options in my size. As the co-captain of my golf team, I enjoy helping my teammates improve and providing them positive feedback on the golf course, a smiling face in the hallways and someone they can come and talk to at any time; I want them to enjoy golf as much as I do.
