Just starting 9th grade, have only played Elite club level for a couple seasons. A chance to play college basketball would be an awesome blessing and honor.
In AAU, playing for an Elite club, we've won many games and tournaments. But my most satisfying moment was in middle school. One of my teammates and good friend, who never got to play very much and never shot the ball, scored her first basket. It was so cool because I knew it meant a lot to her and the whole team. Being able to help her reach her goal was very gratifying and made me appreciate the game even more.
Looking at my skills, I can score inside or out, back to the basket, mid-range, dribble drive or from 3. I play 4 positions for my team. Very proud that some call me a "glue" player. I'm happy to do what my team needs to win. I'm also training with EXOS, getting more athletic, stronger, more explosive.
I love to laugh, read, run (track-400m), music (1st chair string bass) and interior design. I love cheesy Hallmark Christmas movies, NCIS and Psych tv shows, having fun and being creative on and off the court. :-)
