I was born and raised in Newark, NJ where I come from a family of 6. I started playing basketball when I was 11 years old. I began my high school career playing on the Girl's Varsity Basketball team at Saint Vincent Academy and on an AAU team. I am a top player on both basketball teams. This year I was inducted into the National Honor Society in recognition of my achievements, academically, personally and within the school community. Being a student-athlete motivates me to achieve my goals of playing women's basketball and becoming a Nurse Anesthesia. On February 23, 2015, I scored my 1,000th career points at my home game.
