I am really loud and I like to talk and It's always come In handy on the court. I help my teammates when they get beat on a drive and I help them when they are having trouble In the classroom. When I say there's no I In team, I truly mean It. My teammates, coaches, and my mom are the reason where and who I am today. I put everything I have Into practice. My coach has always said "Practice how you're going to play"and I have always lived by It since. Making an Improvement everyday Is what I strive for, not only on the court but In the classroom as well. I am very easy to coach. Whenever my coach tells me to fix something or goes over something during practice I work on It and work on It until I have It down and It's perfect. I think of my team mates as extra coaches so when they tell me how to do something different I practice on It just like I would If my coach told me. In one of my classes we had an assignment and we got to pick our groups so a couple of us from the basketball team got In a group. In our group we had to pick a leader and my teammates picked me. We got an A on the project and It's hanging on our teachers wall. I want to excel at everything I do. It doesnt matter If It's on or off the court. I've never really cared what people think of me. At school I'm friends with everyone. When I hear someone making fun of someone I'll go up to them and talk the other person up. My mom used to be the boss of Wood Hills (an AFC home). I used to go there and visit with her and hang out with all the elders. I got really close to June. She would always tell me heartbreaking stories. At the end of each one I would always try to say something from the story to make her smile. I like to make people smile and make their day better. I'm very optimistic. I always have a smile on my face.
