- I have taken hitting clinics for five years, learning a swing that is a hybrid of rotational and linear hitting. I will admit I am not a homerun hitter; however, I am very consistant and have a low strike out percentage. For example in my last tournament (October 20-21, 2012) I had 12 at bats with 1 walk, and went 7 for 11. I had 0 strike outs, 6 singles, 1 stand up double.
