- 11/08/2012 - Softball Factory Select Training at the Chula Vista Olympic Training Center Elizabeth is a young, athletic 3B from the 2015 class. Defensively, she is a sure handed defender with a quick exchange and active feet at times. To further develop, she needs to keep active feet, quicken first step and improve angles to the ball. At the plate, Elizabeth shows a lot of potential with her short compact swing that is quick to the ball. She is a little too wide in her base at times and will benefit from keeping her front side on the ball longer, driving the barrel through contact without recoil and keeping her shoulders level throughout swing. Overall, Elizabeth is a great kid with a solid work ethic, an advanced skill set and an impressive feel for the game.
