Rachel Humburg '19 Recruiting Profile

My goals and aspirations for college regarding softball is to go to a school where I can reach my full potential as a softball player and be a contributing member to the team.  I've always wanted to play at the highest level I can.  Academically I have not yet decided on my major. 

Since the age of four I have been playing softball on a team and it has been my passion ever since.  I have always tried to reach the next level by going to camps, clinics and private coaches to improve my game.  My work has proven successful as I've grown in my game. 

I have set myself apart from others by not only starting on my varsity team my freshman and sophomore years, but also maintaining my academic work at the highest levels.  Not only do I train year round for softball, but I do include other activities such as swimming and tennis to keep me in shape and keep myself at a competitive edge.

I love the game of softball and want to take my game to the highest college level I can.  I also have shown I can handle my academic workload while playing the game I love.
