Hi Coaches and Staff, My name is Kiley. I’ve been playing softball since 1st grade. I grew up watching my father play slow pitch softball which has inspired me to play. Just hearing the pop of the glove gives me a rush. Over the years I’ve made so many friends from playing softball. They have all told me I should leave and go somewhere better to play. That’s when I knew I had potential to do great things. My goals are to be able to do what I love and get a great education.
School has always come first to me but it’s always been hard for me. I have a reading disability since 2nd grade. I have been working hard to overcome it. I always ask for extra help because I want to better myself. I know it takes me longer to finish assignments, but I won’t stop until I get them done. Being able to deal with this issue has made me a stronger person.
This combination of my love for softball and hard working attitude should help me fit in with the team. I will do anything the coaches tell me to do. I will support my teammates even in the worst of times. I know this experience will help me succeed both academically and athletically at the next level.
