Working at NCSA has been a deeply rewarding experience for me, particularly because of the invaluable role I play in guiding families through the recruiting process. It brings me immense satisfaction to serve as the bridge that connects these families with their potential dream schools. Witnessing their journey towards achieving their aspirations is not just fulfilling but also humbling, knowing that I am able to make a meaningful impact on their lives.

One of the aspects of my job that I cherish the most is the relationships I cultivate with the families. Building genuine connections on a one-on-one basis is an indescribable feeling. As a coordinator at NCSA, I strive to not only support but also to become a trusted member of each family’s journey.
