I am a proud graduate from Kent State University, where I earned a bachelor’s degree in broadcast journalism. Prior to college, I grew up playing baseball in the Pittsburgh, PA area.

In 2005, my family moved to Australia, where my love of sports continued to blossom (learning some new ones along the way).

I understand the seismic impact sports play in our lives, drawing me to pursue my current role as a Recruiting Coordinator at NCSA. Prior to working at NCSA, I spent three and half years as the Sports Director at a television station in Sarasota, FL. This afforded me the opportunity to cover everything from high school lacrosse to Major League Baseball. Most recently, I served as a high school technology teacher. Covering classes in the field of web design, and video editing. On the weekends, I spend most of my time outside, paddle boarding and hanging out with friends.

The most rewarding part of working for NCSA is simple, I get to make a difference. I love having the ability to connect with families and share in the common goal of choosing the right college in the recruiting process. At NCSA, we believe choosing a college is not just a four year decision, but a forty year decision. Choosing a school to attend is one of the most exciting decisions you make in your life! To this day, some of my closest friends came from my time on the KSU campus.

I reside in Sarasota with my wife, and our rescue dog, Macy.
