Working at NCSA is incredibly rewarding for me because I am passionate about helping families navigate the critical next steps in their athletic journeys. There is a unique excitement that comes with the recruitment process, and being part of a company that plays a pivotal role in this journey is something I deeply value. Reflecting on my own high school years, I wish I had access to the resources and support that NCSA provides to student-athletes today.

From an early age, sports have been a cornerstone of my life. My passion for basketball began in my childhood, and I also played travel baseball up until the 9th grade. These experiences instilled in me a profound appreciation for the discipline, teamwork, and dedication required to excel in sports.

My career in sports extended beyond my own athletic endeavors; I had the privilege of coaching basketball at the varsity level for two years. This experience was profoundly enriching, allowing me to mentor young athletes and guide them toward achieving their goals. Additionally, my time at Impact Basketball in Las Vegas was instrumental in shaping my understanding of what it takes to advance in sports. Working with athletes from high school level to professional ranks provided me with invaluable insights into the dedication and hard work required to succeed.

Outside of my professional life at NCSA, I have a variety of interests that keep me engaged and inspired. Photography and graphic design are two of my passions that allow me to express my creativity. I also enjoy playing golf and try to get in a round whenever I can. These hobbies not only provide a balance to my life but also contribute to my overall well-being.
