I joined NCSA with a vision to make the recruiting process more accessible and effective for young athletes. I’ve worked diligently to enhance our recruiting platform, ensuring it meets the evolving needs of student-athletes and their families. My role involves not only guiding athletes through the complexities of recruitment but also collaborating with schools and coaches to open new opportunities.

Throughout my career, I’ve witnessed the transformative power of sports and education, which fuels my drive to support athletes in achieving their dreams. My deep involvement with NCSA has allowed me to contribute to the growth and success of our programs, resulting in countless college commitments and expanded services across various sports.

In addition to my work at NCSA, I’m actively involved in the sports community, frequently participating in events and discussions on the future of athletics and recruitment. I’m also a passionate contributor to discussions on sports and career development, sharing insights and experiences to inspire others.

Outside of work, I enjoy cheering on OU, engaging in various sports activities, and spending time with my family. My commitment to supporting athletes and my love for sports continue to drive my professional journey.
