“Great tool. Good help. But it could use improvements. For example, while I understand that the coaches watch videos I have (2) items to point out: 1. There are a lot of newspaper articles, JO badges, honor roll certificates, etc. still images (not photographs from games) that could have been posted, but the profile limits it, and 2. The videos uploaded were shown as “pending” for months on my kid’s account.”
