Connor Gralton '16 Recruiting Profile

My name is Connor Gralton and I run track and cross country for Norwich Free Academy in Norwich, CT. My main goal in life has always been to reach my highest potential in my running career and to get the most out of the sport, and I believe the best way I can achieve that is through a college program. I am mainly a middle distance runner with my best performances so far being in the 1000m with a personal record of 2:33(i), the 5000m in cross country with a personal record of 15:51 and the 1600m with a personal record of 4:27. I am determine to bring down these times throughout this outdoor season. The main thing that separates me from other track athletes is my love for the sport and my determination to accomplish all my goals in life.
