Personal Statement

Like many other swimmers, I love to swim. Since the age of six, I have spent many dedicated hours in the pool. Hours that I would not trade for anything. Hours that I work hard to obtain my personal goals that I have written down and read daily. Every practice is focused on what I can do to drop just 1/10 of a second. I keep my eyes on the faster swimmers, and gain on their times, so when I face them in a race I know I have trained hard to compete at the very best level I can. I am a determined, driven, and goal oriented swimmer who lives for the race.
