3 years ago I started swimming and have pushed myself since the beginning. I'm very motivated, hard working, and focused. As I am now a Junior, I have been swimming in high school for 2 years and have competed at the State meet both years. I also competed in the Midwest Regional Swim Meet this last year. This past year at state I was our team's male State All-Star Team Nominee.This summer I also attended the University of Nebraska Lincoln swim camps and received the Husker award for excellence, in character as well as ability. Along with competing, I teach swimming lessons to children at our local pool, participate in long distance races (5k- half-marathon; running), Football, and golf.
