All I have ever wanted in my life was to play soccer. I play soccer because I love the game and the environment surrounding the game. I love the hard work, the camaraderie, the sportsmanship of the game and the determination it brings out in me. I am a goal scorer, but more importantly a team player. I know the importance of assisting when a play calls for it. I am there to do what is best for the team at that time. I train as hard as my body will let me and I follow instructions very deliberately. One thing I know for sure is that when things get tough, I find a deep strength within and I can prove myself time and time again.
I have ADHD and have had to overcome many obstacles in learning. I have had to be persistent in finding learning techniques that work for me and advocating for myself to implement them. It is a constant in my life, but I realize that and just continue to move forward learning what works for me each day.
I have always been looked to as a leader. I continue to be put in leadership roles.
I am hoping to go into Business in college. I would like to work in sales and be a leader in my work. I would love to continue playing soccer at the collegiate level and after college.
