I try to be a good example and a leader both on and off the field. When I started playing lacrosse 9 years ago I played both middie and goalie but have focused on playing goalie over the past 5 years. This year, because there was no lacrosse team to play with over the summer I decided to go out for my high school football team. I made the team as a wide receiver, not a starter, but part of the team.
As far as my educational goals, I plan to pursue a degree in Political Science and Pre Law. Right now I'm not sure if I want to go on to law school, but after looking into degrees and what is required to earn a diploma, History and Political Science are most attractive. I believe that one should try and learn and work in what they enjoy and that will help them succeed.
I believe I can be an asset to any team that I am a part of. I teach what I can to help my teammates improve and know that I always have something to learn and improve as well. My high school career has been tough because we haven't had the best record, but all of my coaches will tell you that I will always stay positive and never give up.
