Ryland Frost '15 Recruiting Profile

I made the Rising Junior Nassau team for the Nassau Suffolk Showcase. I had 9 saves on 5 goals allowed, Nassau won for the first time ever 11-10.

My 2015 Checkmate Sharks team won the Long Island Laxfest tournament by beating the nationally ranked Long Island Jesters team  and went 20 and 3 on the season.

This winter I will be playing with my Checkmate Sharks team  at the Dick's Sporting Goods Tournament of Champions in Tampa Fl on December 29th to December 31st.

July 8-10: Peak 200 Lacrosse Camp @ Springfield College in Springfield MA

July 12-14: Tri-State Tournament @ Princeton NJ with Sharks

July 19-21: Warrior Lacrosse Classic at Hofstra with Sharks.
